PROJECTS:

Solo:
My solo project is an avant-prog-pop (double) album to be called "Ambiguous Field of Definition", which I hope will be released sometime in 2009. The album is not really a concept album, but songs appear in order of chronology, based on when they were written, and thus tells the story of my life from about 2004 until 2007. I'm hoping to get some "famous" artists (at least some of my personal favourites) to contribute to this first release. I have a lot of names, and songs on which they would fit, but only time will tell. I'm crossing my fingers.

The Monster Coat Project:
Another solo project, this one in an avant/metal vein. For this project I tend to use a lot of random composition techniques; indeterminacy. It's pretty wild, and very, very fun. Two releases are already planned: "thmnstrctprjct" and "Kingdom".

Little Horse Deep:
This is the moniker under which I'm planning to release some ambient and droney albums. No vocals, just carefully selected sounds, noise, audible incidents organised, layered, filtered, plundered, tampered with. I'm about one third done with the first planned release: "Faint Emoti".

NSPRTN:
Also a solo project, but in the electronica genre. I had the idea for this project since 2005, but nothing much happened until I was asked to contribute to a compilation for musicians' forum Dead14.com (it never came to be, and the Dead14 forum died). I wrote "February Usage" for that one, and then "An Alice less in Wonderland" was the first melody written for the first NSPRTN album.

Aloysius:
The band in which I was the lead singer from 2003 until 2006, when I moved away to study. Our only appearance on an album was two songs on a compilation called "Brænderirock". Aloysius now has a new singer.

78-9 Exultation Wave Ensemble:
Side project off of Aloysius, with me and Erik the bassist (now also guitarist). An outlet for our furious, angry selves, a hard hitting extreme heavy prog metal and some ambient experimental stuff. We've started demoing songs, and are currently up in two and a half. The album we're planning is a sort of concept I've come up with, it will probably be titled "Paradigm Shit".
